FAQ - Find answers to your questions

Below you will find the most frequently asked questions and answers

Do I need a landscape or garden design to work with you?

No, we do not need a professional design to work on your project. If you have one, that’s great, it will make our work easier, but it is not essential.

Do you design gardens?

No, we are not providing this service, but we work with many great designers whom we can recommend.

Is it possible to reconstruct only small part of the garden?

Yes, majority of our Clients require only one part of the garden to be done such as patio or fence.

I have a very specific idea in mind, will you take it into account?

This is your project and your wishes and likes are the most important. We also consult you at every stage of work, to make sure you are happy with the results. With our experience, we can advice what and how we can do the job, so it is safe, long lasting, and just as you wanted it.

Do you supply plants and trees?

Yes, we work with many suppliers (locally and around the UK) and therefore can supply almost any selection of plants or trees.

How do I get in touch and hire you?

Fill in contact form with your requirements and we will be in touch shortly to book a quotation visit. Once you received and agreed to the quotation, we will send you an invoice for a booking fee which is later deducted from a final invoice.

Do you charge for a quotation?

No, it is free and it’s up to you if you would like to go ahead or amend it

When could you start our landscaping project?

We can start your project within 3-6 months depending on how many bookings we have and what kind of weather we encounter as it might delay works.

What can I expect from the consultation visit?

It usually takes 45-60 minutes to discuss your needs and requirements. We take all measurements and pictures and then discuss materials, style and budget. After that, you will receive a detailed quotation which is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

How long does it take to complete a project?

It really depends on the project, it can take from a half a day to 3 months, but it all depends how big and complicated the project is and what weather we are dealing with.

Will the landscapers need access to my home, and will I need to provide anything?

No need to provide access unless the entrance to the garden is through your house. We would need an access to electricity and water.

My street has a permit holders only parking, how do I go about it?

You need to apply for a permit for contractors at your council. The cost of it as well as skip parking permit is to be added to the estimation or provided by Client separately

What happens if I want to make changes in the middle of the project?

We can make changes at any stages if it’s possible to do so. Any additional costs will be added to the final invoice.

How much does a garden transformation cost?
